CHARLES W. PENROSE was from famous HORNBLOWER family of Cornwall, England Their work with steam engines put them at the forefront of the industrial revolution in England, Cornwall, USA, Sweden and Holland for four generations. At first they were colleagues with the famous James Watt. When they started getting their own patents he became their challenger.
